If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack your UREVO treadmill or fitness gear in its original box, ensuring all manuals, power cords, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger equipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
